US v. Fernandez-Garay, 14-1367

Sentence for possession with intent to distribute various controlled substances near a public housing facility, 21 U.S.C. section 841 (a)(1), 860(a), and possession of a firearm during and in relation to those crimes, 18 U.S.C. section 924(c)(1)(A), are affirmed over claims that the 120-month sentence is both procedurally and substantively flawed.
