Diaz-Colon v. Solivan-Solivan, 13-2340

In a lawsuit arising out of two sets of wrongful murder convictions in Puerto Rico's courts, denial of law enforcement officials' motions for summary judgment based on qualified or absolute immunity are: 1) reversed in part as to the denial of summary judgment for an assistant district attorney; and 2) affirmed in part as to the remainder of the district court's rulings.
