United States First Circuit

US v. Morris, 13-1369

Mandatory minimum sentence for conspiracy to sell more than 280 grams of crack, 21 U.S.C. section 841(b)(1)(A)(iii), is affirmed where even though there was constitutional error in sentencing, it was ultimately harmless in light of concessions made by counsel and the overwhelming evidence that defendant was responsible for at least 280 grams of crack.
