United States First Circuit
US v. Majeroni, 14-1105
Conviction and sentence for possessing child pornography and violating supervised release are affirmed over meritless claims that the district court:1 ) abused its discretion in admitting defendant's prior child pornography conviction; 2) erred in admitting evidence of his supervised release; 3) erred in denying a motion to suppress evidence from a search of his apartment; 4) erred in finding the evidence sufficient to support his conviction of the charged offense; and 5) abused its discretion in sentencing him to a mid-range prison-term.
