United States First Circuit

US v. Torres-Landrua, 13-1674

Sentence for convictions of drug trafficking and money laundering is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not violated defendant's due process rights and did not err by declining to award him a minor role adjustment and a downward departure for coercion and duress; and 2) the sentence was substantively reasonable.
