United States First Circuit

US v. Laracuent, 13-1365

In this case, defendant pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. He seeks to vacate the plea on grounds of factual insufficiency. The judgment is affirmed, where: 1) there is no clear or obvious error; 2) the requirements of Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure Rule 11(b)(3) have been met; and 3) the change-of-plea record provides ample factual support for defendant's guilty plea.
