US v. Voisine, 12-1213
On remand from the U.S. Supreme Court and in light of US v. Castleman, 134 S. Ct. 1405 (2014), denials of motions to dismiss federal indictment and information for possession of firearms in violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 922(g)(9) are affirmed where Maine's definition of reckless assault fits within Section 922(g)(9).
