Stalcup v. CIA, 13-2329
In this Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) suit brought against the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), plaintiff seeks two documents from an investigation into the TWA Flight 800 crash. Summary judgment in favor of defendant CIA is affirmed, where given the presence of a privacy interest and the complete absence of any public benefit, the balance between the two banks against release.
