US v. Serunjogi, 13-2392

Conviction and sentence of defendant for conspiracy to defraud the US government by arranging a sham marriage to secure his friend a change in immigration status is affirmed, where: 1) there was sufficient evidence to support defendant's conviction; and 2) having taken all relevant factors into account, the district court did not err in its sentencing imposition.
