United States First Circuit

Ahmed v. Holder, 13-2254

Petition for judicial review of an order denying petitioner's requests for relief and removing him to Somalia is denied, where if asserting a claim of judicial bias, an alien has the "substantial burden" of proving that the Immigration Judge showed a deep-seated favoritism or antagonism that would make fair judgment impossible, and the petitioner here has not even addressed the standard, let alone satisfied it.
