United States First Circuit
Sanchez Londono v. Gonzalez, 13-2531
The district court's denial of Mother's petition filed pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, as implemented by the International Child Abduction Remedies Act, is affirmed, where the district court did not err in finding that no wrongful retention of the child occurred under the Hague Convention because the United States was the child's place of habitual residence.
