In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action alleging that plaintiff's son died from self-inflicted injuries that he suffered while he was a pretrial detainee at the Cumberland County Jail (CCJ), and that the defendant-employees of a private company providing healthcare services at CCJ, were deliberately indifferent to plaintiff's son's serious medical needs in violation of his Fourteenth Amendment rights, the defendant-employees' appeal from the district court's denial of their motion for summary judgment is dismissed, where: 1) the district court's denial of qualified immunity turned on findings that there remain disputed issues of material fact and inference; and 2) there is therefore no jurisdiction over this interlocutory appeal.
