Defendant's conviction for knowingly and willfully obstructing the passage of mails under 18 U.S.C. section 1701 is affirmed, where: 1) any error in the district court's instruction on the term "willfully" was harmless; 2) the government presented ample evidence for a reasonable fact-finder to conclude that defendant knowingly and willfully obstructed the delivery of mail; and 3) the magistrate judge did not abuse her discretion in granting the continuances nor did defendant suffer prejudice as a result.
