United States First Circuit

US v. Paladin, 12-2098

Defendant's conviction and sentence on a series of drug charges are affirmed, where: 1) the district court correctly determined that evidence which defendant alleges the prosecution failed to disclose was immaterial; and 2) defendant's life sentence was made mandatory by the quantities of cocaine at issue and by virtue of this being defendant's third felony drug conviction, and his constitutional challenges to the sentence fail.
