United States First Circuit
Frappier v. Countrywide Home Loans, 13-1774
Judgment in favor of defendant on plaintiff's claims related to a mortgage refinancing is affirmed, where: 1) the district court did not err in denying defendant's motion to amend, denying defendant's post-trial motion for amended factual findings or a new trial, or resolving Count III in defendant's favor on defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings; and 2) even if the district court erred in denying plaintiff a trial by jury, the error was harmless.
