Maine's termination of certain state-funded medical assistance benefits which had been extended to certain legal aliens who had previously been rendered ineligible for Medicaid rights did not violate plaintiffs' rights under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, and the district court did not err in denying plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction.
