Blum v. Holder, 13-1490
Dismissal of plaintiffs' action for declaratory and injunctive relief that that Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act (AETA), which criminalizes "force, violence, and threats involving animal enterprises," is unconstitutional under the First Amendment is affirmed, where the district court correctly concluded that plaintiffs lacked standing because they have suffered no injury in fact as required by Article III.
