US v. Santiago-Rivera, 13-1228
Defendant's sentence for carjacking resulting in serious bodily injury, use of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, and possession of a stolen firearm, is affirmed, where: 1) the sentencing judge properly considered the relevant sentencing factors and thus there was no procedural error; and 2) the sentence was substantively reasonable.
