US v. Fish, 12-1791

Defendant's conviction for possessing body armor after having been convicted of a "crime of violence" is reversed and remanded, where none of defendant's prior crimes, breaking and entering in the daytime, breaking and entering at night, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and possession of a burglarious instrument, as defined under Massachusetts law, qualifies as a crime of violence under 18 U.S.C. section 16.
