United States First Circuit
Housen v. Gelb, 13-1642
The district court's denial of habeas relief to petitioner from a conviction and life sentence for first-degree murder is affirmed, where: 1) the evidence presented in the petitioner's state-court trial was adequate to ground his conviction; and 2) the state court's determination that petitioner was not denied due process on the basis of prosecutorial inconsistency was objectively reasonable.
