Defendant's conviction of possessing with intent to defraud counterfeit United States currency is affirmed, where the district court did not err in: 1) admitting evidence seized by police during and after defendant's arrest; 2) denying defendant's motion for a judgment of acquittal based on the insufficiency of the evidence; and 3) issuing a jury instruction on the statutory element of fraudulent intent.
