United States First Circuit

Geshke v. Crocs, Inc., 12-2204

Summary judgment for defendant on plaintiff's claims that defendant's shoes, CROCS, present a heightened risk to the safety of wearers using escalators, and the manufacturer failed to warn of this risk, is affirmed, where plaintiff failed to adduce sufficient evidence to permit a rational jury to find that CROCS sandals pose a heightened risk of escalator entrapment.
