US v. Dion, 12-2231
Defendant's convictions for conspiracy to defraud the United States of tax revenues are affirmed, where: 1) sufficient evidence supported the convictions; 2) the district court acted well within its discretion when it denied the defendants' motions for severance; 3) the defendants' claim of a Federal Register Act violation is without merit; and 4) the district court did not abuse its discretion in sentencing defendant Dion.
