US v. Kuc, 12-2496
Defendant's convictions for four counts of wire fraud, one count of possession of stolen property, and one count of aggravated identity theft are affirmed, where: 1) the search warrant was not defective as it did not run afoul of the particularity requirement; and 2) the evidence was sufficient to convict defendant of aggravated identity theft.
