US v. Mehanna, 12-1461

Defendant's convictions and sentence for multiple terrorism related charges are affirmed, where: 1) the convictions are supported by the evidence and are constitutionally permissible; 2) the district court did not err in its jury instructions; 3) the district court did not err in its evidentiary rulings; 4) the district court appropriately referred to the version of the guidelines then in effect, the 2011 version, when sentencing defendant; and 5) defendant's remaining contentions lack merit.
