Vasili v. Holder, 13-1273
Petition for review of a final removal order from the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) is affirmed, where: 1) substantial evidence supported the determination that petitioners had not established past persecution or a well-founded fear of future persecution and they are therefore ineligible for asylum; and 2) petitioners have waived any request for withholding of removal or protection under the Convention Against Torture.
