Defendant's sentence, imposed after his conviction for possession with intent to distribute illegal narcotics, is: 1) affirmed, where the sentencing court did not err in denying a continuance or in its finding as to the amount of drugs; but 2) remanded for the limited purpose of giving the district court an opportunity to consider whether defendant's term of supervised release should be recalculated.
