Defendants' convictions for participating in a conspiracy to commit armed robbery on a number of armored trucks in Puerto Rico are affirmed, where although a variance at trial occurred because the evidence showed that defendants joined a narrower conspiracy than the one alleged in the indictment, it did not substantially prejudice defendants.
