United States First Circuit

US v. Pabellon-Rodriguez, 11-2479

Defendants' convictions and sentences on drug and gun charges are: 1) vacated in part and remanded, as to defendant Carrasquillo's conviction for possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, where there was insufficient evidence; and 2) otherwise affirmed, where the evidence was sufficient to support the remaining convictions, and the error in the verdict form, though obvious, does not meet the stringent requirements of plain error.
