Liu v. Holder, 13-1232
Petition for review of denial of the BIA's affirmation of the IJ's removal order in 2004 is denied where this is one of a series of cases in which the court has similarly upheld the BIA's determination that there have not been changed country conditions for Christians returned to China who wish to practice in unregistered churches, such as to warrant an exception to the time limits on motions to reopen.
