United States First Circuit

Khan v. Holder, 13-1102

A petition for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals' (BIA) decision denying petitioner's application for asylum, withholding of removal, and withholding under the Convention Against Torture (CAT), is denied, where the BIA did not err in concluding that: 1) there is no government connection to support a finding of past or future persecution; and 2) petitioner had not met his burden of showing he could not reasonably relocate within Pakistan to avoid persecution; and 3) he did not face a well-founded fear of future persecution.
