United States First Circuit

US v. Strong, 12-1842

Defendant's convictions for willfully damaging federal property, creating a hazard on federal property, and creating a nuisance on federal property, for badly soiling a courthouse bathroom, are affirmed, where: 1) the statute's conspicuous posting requirement was met; and 2) the record is also more than sufficient to establish that defendant had the intent needed for conviction.
