Defendant's conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed, where: 1) the district court correctly denied the motion to suppress the gun because the officers had reasonable suspicion to initiate a Terry stop, and the officers acted reasonably in making sure defendant was seized and handcuffed as part of the investigatory stop; 2) as such, with respect to defendant's ineffective assistance of counsel claim, defendant cannot establish that suffered prejudice; and 3) the district court did not err in sentencing defendant under the Armed Career Criminal Act.
