Summary judgment for plaintiff-insurer in an action seeking declaratory judgment that it had no duty to pay for any of defendant's injuries or damages that she incurred as a result of an automobile accident caused by an underinsured driver, is affirmed, where Maine's uninsured/underinsured motorist statute does not apply to the business owner's and umbrella policies issued by plaintiff to defendant's podiatric practice.
