US v. Ramos-Mejia, 12-1738

Defendant's conviction for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, entered pursuant to a plea agreement, is affirmed, where: 1) the waiver-of-appeal provision does not pretermit this appeal; but 2) there was no error, plain or otherwise, in the district court's acceptance of the defendant's tendered guilty plea.
