District court's order that 85 interviews in Boston College's possession, from its academic research into the armed conflict surrounding the independence movement of Northern Ireland, be turned over to the petitioner for eventual transfer to the UK authorities pursuant to a Treaty on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters, is: 1) vacated in part and remanded, where the district court abused its discretion in ordering the production of several of the interviews which, after an in detail reading of the same, do not contain any information relevant to the August 2011 subpoena; but 2) otherwise affirmed.
