Judgment denying defendant's motion for a reduction of sentence under 18 U.S.C. section 3582 (c)(2) and the retroactively amended crack-cocaine guidelines, is vacated and remanded, where: 1) the district court erred in its factual finding that the quantity of heroin reflected in the ledgers was reasonably foreseeable to defendant; and 2) the district court's drug quantity calculation was also clearly erroneous.
