Defendant's convictions and sentence for conspiracy to commit wire fraud and committing wire fraud in connection with a mortgage fraud scheme are affirmed, where: 1) there was sufficient evidence to support the conspiracy and wire fraud convictions; 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion in admitting the files of the closing attorney on the real estate transactions; 3) the district court did not err in admitting evidence of defendant's uncharged conduct; 4) the district court did not err in admitting summary evidence; and 5) the district court did not err in its calculation for defendant's sentence.
