Discovery orders and summary judgment in favor of defendants in an age discrimination suit is affirmed, where: 1) the district court was also within its power in limiting plaintiff's interrogatory to the twenty-one named employees; 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion in quashing the deposition notices; and 3) plaintiff was unable to show that defendants' stated reason for terminating him was pretextual.
