Freeman v. Town of Hudson, 12-1356

Dismissal of plaintiffs' 1983 action arising out of an allegation that plaintiffs had breached a conservation restriction appurtenant to their Hudson home, is affirmed, where plaintiffs' complaint does not plead facts sufficient to support any of their federal claims regarding: 1) municipal liability; 2) equal protection; or 3) substantive due process.
