US v. Morales-Cruz, 12-1593

Sentence imposed for failure to register as required under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act, is affirmed, where the district court did not abuse its discretion in imposing a condition upon supervised release that defendant participate in sex offender treatment and/or mental health treatment programs arranged by the probation office because the condition was reasonably related to defendant's present offense as well as to his criminal history.
