Appeal of order dismissing officials of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as defendants in a First Amendment case brought by Jehovah's Witnesses alleging that a controlled access regime of gated communities unconstitutionally impeded their ability to pursue a religious duty to share the Bible's message publicly and to proselytize from house to house, is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
