United States First Circuit

Reynoso v. Holder, 11-2136

Petition for review is denied, where: 1) the BIA's conclusion that petitioner did not carry her burden of establishing that she had married her first husband in good faith is supported by substantial evidence, and thus, the decision denying her petition to remove the conditions on her residency must stand; 2) there was no legal error in the BIA's conclusion that petitioner is subject to a mandatory bar to a finding of good moral character on the basis of false testimony in her immigration proceedings; and 3) there was no error in denying petitioner's application for cancellation of removal.
