United States First Circuit

US v. Guevara, 11-2083

District court did not err in: 1) its instruction to the jury on conspiracy, where the court's instruction adequately conveyed to the jury that defendant could not be found guilty of conspiracy if his involvement in the drug dealing scheme was limited to the negotiations that preceded an "agreement;" and 2) failing to instruct on the defenses of withdrawal and entrapment, where neither were warranted.
