United States First Circuit
Robinson v. Cook, 12-1722
In claims against defendant-city and officers arising out of charges for a hit and run accident that were later dismissed, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed, where: 1) the seizure of defendants' car did not offend the Fourth Amendment or the Massachusetts constitution; and 2) the totality of these circumstances was sufficient to create probable cause for both plaintiffs' arrests.
