US v. Wetmore, 11-1626

District court's order that defendant be civilly committed as a sexually dangerous person pursuant to the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act, is affirmed where: 1) defendant was legitimately in the Bureau of Prison custody when the notice was filed; and 2) the district court did not err in finding that defendant suffered from the requisite mental disorder and that he satisfied the statutory dangerousness test.
