United States First Circuit
Long v. Fairbank Reconstruction Corp., 12-1412
In plaintiff's third-party complaint against a beef slaughtering and processing company, alleging that defendant had supplied plaintiff with tainted meat that caused serious illnesses to customers, jury's verdict in favor of the plaintiff is affirmed where: 1) there was ample evidence to support a rational jury's conclusion that defendant was the source of the E. coli contamination that sickened the customers; and 2) the district court did not err in admitting the disputed video.
