A BIA's decision ordering removal of a Jamaican citizen, following a conviction on two counts of risk of injury to a minor, is reversed insofar as it held that petitioner is removable on the grounds that he was convicted of aggravated felony sexual abuse and that he is therefore ineligible for cancellation of removal.
