Conviction and sentence of an elementary-school music teacher for transporting a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity are affirmed where: 1) the defendant forfeited his Rule 404(b) claim of error, but nonetheless, the district court did not abuse its discretion in admitting the challenged evidence; 2) defendant's claim that the district court improperly restricted his cross-examination of a detective is without merit; and 3) district court's imposition of a twelve-year sentence is substantively reasonable.
