In a dispute between a pipeline owner and a natural gas supplier, over a contract involving the transportation of natural gas, district court's order affirming the arbitration award largely in favor of the natural gas supplier is affirmed where: 1) neither does the award conflict with the plain language of the Agreement, nor did the arbitrators recognize applicable law but ignored it; and 2) petitioner's remaining arguments are without merit.
